ANKAM provided training to all the Service Agents country wide, Leadership skills for Call Center Supervisors. More so, the the Sales team countrywide were all equipped with the sales technique.
Provision of Client Experience training for URA staff in different departments. This is an ongoing project and we have so far trained over 400 staff.

facility requirements, and made recommendations on the best migration approach
where applicable based on best practices. We also reviewed the
organizational structure and then developed a human resource model for all
functional areas, recommended efficient recruiting strategies based on best
practices, forecast workload and workforce needs, developed functional
processes and trained staff to meet competency requirements.
